Auberge La Coudriere – Cool Hotel is hereinafter as Auberge Coudriere Inc or the Hotel. By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Auberge Coudriere Inc that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
RATES AND DEPOSIT
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
• Rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
• Rate is quoted up to 2 persons in a room.
• Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy.
• The maximum number of guests per room is 3 or 4 persons. A $12 will be charged if more than 2 persons staying in one room. • A cash deposit of 100$ for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
• In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
• You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out time is before 10 am.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
• Please check with the Hotel's Front Desk prior to your departure on the availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12 pm to 6 pm and a full-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6 pm.
CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
• A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
• Upon reservation, your credit card will be charged one cent in order to verify its authenticity. If your card does not work, we keep the right to cancel your reservation immediately without notice.
• The Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, and Cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A free cancellation has to be made at least 48 hours before 2:00 pm on the arrival day. If not, an one-night room rate plus taxes will be charged. If your credit card on file cannot go through, your reservation will be automatically canceled without notice
• In the event of a no-show, the penalty of one-night room rate plus government taxes will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
• As for the reservation of a group of 10 rooms or more, please email us at GroupReservation@cool-hotel.com for a group rate.
INCENTIVE PROGRAMS
• Incentive programs are free gifts from Auberge Coudriere Inc. Therefore there is no refund or retroactive credit at any time.
• All incentive programs are provided by our service suppliers. By accepting our incentive programs, you agree that Auberge Coudriere Inc shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by our service providers.
• Auberge Coudriere Inc reserves the right to change, cancel any of our incentive programs at any time without prior notice.
CHILD POLICY
• All rooms or meals are free for children below 7 years old.
PETS & SMOKING
• All the rooms and chalets are non-smoking and no animals are accepted in our hotel. We cancel your reservation immediately if we have found that you have an animal with you in our hotel. A penalty of $150 will be automatically charged from the violator's credit card.
DISINFECTION AGAINST COVID-19
Your room is disinfected before check-in by ozone air to guarantee everything in your room virus free and bacteria-free. This method is a general practice in many hospitals’ operation rooms.
ROOM CLEANING
Due to Covid-19, the housekeepers will not make up your room during your stay. If you would like to change your towel and bed sheet, please use your dirty ones to exchange clean ones at the reception. Please tie and leave your trash bag outside your door, the housekeepers will collect them during the day.
BBQs & PICNIC TABLES
Free access to our three propane BBQs with side burners and 20 picnic tables on-site. No reservation is needed.
REFRIGERATOR & WIFI
All the rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge. Free wifi in your room and onsite. User name: La Coudriere. No password is needed
FURTHER INFORMATION
• In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow Auberge Coudriere Inc to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering, managing, and maintaining your customer relationship with us; (ii) complying with any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements, or request or direction of any governmental authority of any relevant jurisdiction; and (iii) other business-related purposes.
• You may unsubscribe to any such email at any time upon receipt of the said email.
• No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed without the hotel’s approval.
• This reservation is not transferable without the hotel’s approval.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of Quebec province of Canada.
